Greatful to the Most Gracious Lady
When we first reached out to talk with Alex about hiring Toussaint Productions, we were immediately taken in by his enthusiasm, background experience, and clarity. We then were introduced with Kira, aka Most Gracious Lady, who would be our dj. Kira was great! She checked in with us regularly (as did Alex) to make sure we were on track and that we were all on the same page for what to expect for the event. Kira set up the dj equipment and photo booth (the photo booth is a great touch, I recommend. It doesn't take up too much space and the photos are digitally sent). Kira played a great mix of our requests and her own choices based on our preferences. She was personable and professional with our guests, and was flexible in fitting her style to our guests and our wedding's size and vibe.
Another aspect of Toussaint Productions is their useful tools and accessibility. Their website was very detailed and clear, which made me feel well informed before even talking to Alex. They have samples of various mixes based on styles and genres you may be interested in using for your event. We communicated through Honeybook, where Kira and Alex would regularly check in with us to see how we were doing and remind us of any "to dos". We also communicated through text and phone calls to talk in detail as well. In addition, we were given access to Vibo, which made planning efficient, easy, and clear. On there we were able to add events and music to the wedding, and there was a questionnaire that allowed Kira to have a better idea of what we envisioned for our wedding.
All in all, we found working with this company to be clear, easy, and prompt. Both Kira and Alex were delightful people, who were willing to work with us, were organized, upfront, and detailed, and they were charming professionals. Kira was a great DJ who clearly knew how to work her crowd and choose selections that seamlessly fit into our own requests and taste.
